IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Students desiring to obtain their Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license should take both REE 1000, Real Estate Principles and Practices; and REE 1400, Real Estate Law, in the same semester.  In order to sit for the Florida Real Estate Salesperson examination a student must pass, with a grade of 70 or better, a combined end-of-course-examination covering material from both REE 1000 and REE 1400.  Taking one course one semester and the second course another semester means one will have to go back on their own and review the material from the first course before taking the exam offered at the end of the second course.
