Credentials Review
Committee Cover Sheet The purpose of this cover sheet to review of faculty credentials applications for compliance with Faculty requirements and guidelines, Commission on Colleges, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). When necessary, formal meetings will be scheduled to discuss outstanding questions or review inconsistencies on the assessment of individual credentials applications.
