Studying Resources

Use these resources for tutorials, practice tests, and as study aids to further your understanding of psychological concepts.

Students can access a rich array of chapter-correlated study tools, such as tutorial quizzes, a glossary, flashcards, crossword puzzles, Internet activities, web links, and more.

Links to Internet Resources

Since the psychology courses that I teach cover many topics, I have chosen these links to provide additional, interesting resources to supplement what you already know about psychology. They may help out with projects or papers.  Some are very informative, while others are just fun.

Psychcrawler
A search engine that can be used to quickly access quality content in the field of psychology.

American Psychological Association
Homepage of the APA

Internet Mental Health
Encyclopedia of mental health information

Brain Atlas
You can access visuals of brain sites during normal functioning and as effected by diseases such as cancer, dementia, Alzheimer's, Pick's disease, multiple sclerosis, and AIDS.

Psychweb
Probably the BEST overall resource that I have found for any student interested in psychology----You could spend hours going through this link!
