an Individualized Learning Plan
Year-1 Candidates, Class of 2011
WebCT Mini-Course offered Fall 2008
This
WebCT mini-course provides participants with an overview
of the seven Essential Competencies of a Valencia Educator.
Participants also learn how to create an effective Individualized
Learning Plan.
The face-to-face Kickoff meeting introduces the participants to
the online WebCT system and to the ILP concept. The face-to-face
Wrap-up meeting provides a workshop for candidate’s to discuss their
ILP development.
