Year-1 Seminar Series: Understanding the Essential Competencies While tenure-track faculty and ILP Panelists have priority registration, all faculty members and deans may attend.	Y-2 Introduction to Online Teaching are workshops designed for faculty members who are thinking about, or who are new to, online teaching. These workshops, offered in partnership with the Online Faculty Development department, invite you to explore the fundamentals of key issues of teaching and learning in the online environment.
