Destination

Destination is the annual faculty development program that features 20 hours of intensive work on course design, teaching techniques, and assessment of student learning. Since its beginning in 1998, Destination has transformed from a platform for individual faculty to design classroom innovations to a collaborative workshop for faculty teams to find ways to assess student learning in order to improve it. The program has also extended its reach from a Summer design period into a Fall semester implementation and evaluation effort.
