NUR2522C Interpersonal Process Recording (IPR)

Instructions

Below you will find a link called IPR.  You need to download this file to your computer's harddrive and make changes to the document as directed by your instructor in class.  When you have finished filling out the form, you will need to save the document and then return it via email to your instructor.  Please follow the instructions below to complete each step.

Step One:  Download and Complete IPR

  1. Right-click on the icon below and select "Save Target As" from the selection box which appears.

  1. Your computer will prompt you to select a location to save your file.  I would suggest you either save to a floppy disk by selecting drive A: or saving to the default "My Documents" as shown below:

  1. Click on Save.
  2. Locate the file on your harddrive by double-clicking on the "My documents icon on your desktop and finding the file called "Interpersonal Process Recording.doc"
  3. Word 2000 or XP will automatically open and allow you to make changes to the document.  Please be sure to save your changes often.

Return Completed IPR to Teacher

  1. Logon to your internet email account.
  2. Create a new message to be sent to:  denisernmsnhnc@aol.com 
  3. Make sure the subject line states:  NUR2522C IPR Response - Your Name
  4. Send your completed IPR as an attachment using the Browse or Attach feature of your email.
  5. Once your teacher receives the document, she will make responses or suggestions to you on your document.  You will receive the document back as an attachment with her comments noted in a different font style.
  6. You will be responsible for noting her comments, making changes, and resubmitting your responses as requested.
